Kosovo – 2 December 2022

Kosovo war veterans argue for reversal of witness tampering convictions at the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague. “Courts try cases but occasionally cases try courts,” Haradinaj’s Barrister, Toby Cadman said during the hearing. The full article can be found here.

Bosnia and Herzegovina – 28 November 2022

The Bosnia and Herzegovina Prosecutor's Office has opened a new indictment in the high-profile Dobrovoljacka Street case, accusing the former military police chief of war crimes in Sarajevo. The full article can be found here.

Two witnesses tell the Belgrade Higher Court they heard that defendant Jovo Jandric participated in the massacre of 23 civilians near Jajce in September 1992. The full article can be found here.


Montenegro – 28 November 2022
